Message from the director
The Institute for Advanced Medical Sciences, founded in 1954, is a component of Nippon Medical School, and is a nonprofit medical research organization. The mission of the institute is to contribute to the human health and dreams through biomedical sciences.
The institute currently has six departments.

How to reach Us: The institute is located in the Nippon Medical School Musashi Kosugi Hospital at Shin-Maruko Campus in Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan. It can be easily reached by 3 minutes walk from Musashi-Kosugi station on Tokyu-Toyoko line, Meguro line, JR Yokosuka line or JR Nanbu line.
